Jonine is one of Australia’s most experienced Breathwork Practitioners and Trainers known for her dynamic and joyful approach. She is principal of Core Connection Trainings and Core Connection Health and Wellbeing Centre, a director of Breathwork Trainings International (registered training organisation) and current president of the Australian Breathwork Association.

She has soulfully integrated counselling, life coaching, nlp, Innerchild, family constellations and Breathwork Therapy to create the most effective support for individuals, couples and groups in the process of change.

Areas of expertise include relationship counselling and family /group dynamics, work with incest and abuse recovery, infertility and self worth/ identity issues.

She also works with GPs and Naturopaths supporting clients whose physical health does not respond to usual treatment.

Her Vision is to create greater awareness of the link between unresolved trauma, loss and grief, and personal (as well as global) health and wellbeing, she believes passionately in what Gandhi famously said, “Peace in the world begins with peace in the heart and soul of the individual”.

Sailing around Pittwater on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, learning to surrender in the dance with her partner Vic, watching her children continue to grow and blossom, creates the balance she needs.
